Cabinet installation and tile work.

Pre-fab cabinet installation with drop in sink.

Bathroom renovation.

Bathroom floor removal to address improper sub straight.

Oddball job! This was a shower that the customer wanted converted to a closet.

As you can see, there was extensive water damage.

I fixed the leak, and replaced the framing.

Here is the new Closet with a plywood wrap and Pine shelving.

Porch steps re-frame.

Laminate Flooring.

Deck in need of repair.

Rotten deck boards.

Rim board hanging dangerously.

The original framers did not secure the rim board properly causing the roof posts to bear down, pushing the board away and ripping its nails out.

Under the old plywood decking. Railings were also installed improperly.

Had to prop up the roof to replace the rim board.

New Rim board, motion sense light, decking and carpet.

Will need paint but the structure is now sound.

New outdoor carpet.

New dog ear fence.
